Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We currently offer international shipping to more than 100 countries. We do not deliver to PO boxes. If an order cannot be delivered to your address, you will be informed via email and receive a refund. 

All orders are shipped with DDP (direct duty paid) unless stated otherwise. Duty costs and taxes will be calculated at checkout. We calculate an estimate of the total landed price for our products at checkout, so our customers do not face any surprise costs. 

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number once your order has been placed. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Please ensure that the delivery address stated is correct as we cannot change it once an order has been placed. If any additional delivery charges are applicable you will be informed by our Customer Care team ahead of time. 

To keep our process sustainable, certain goods, where "RECREO COMMERCE INC" or "RECREO" acts as a vendor, will be produced once orders have been placed. Your order will be shipped within the fulfilment time stated. Your fulfilment time may vary due to external factors. We will keep you posted via email if there has been an unforeseen delay.

Shipping rates may vary depending on your location and the type of delivery selected. For Canada and the US, shipping time may vary between 2-10 business days. For international orders, shipping times may vary between 4-12 business days. Shipping dates on all orders are estimates, not guaranteed.

All our shipments will be packaged in eco-friendly and recycled materials. We calculate the carbon footprint associated with your order and offset it through Offset Earth.

RETURN & REFUND

You are eligible for a return on your items within 14 days of receipt. Items returned must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

To initiate your return process, please contact us at support@recreo.eco for further details. RECREO does not offer free shipping on returns unless your goods are damaged, or you have received a wrong item(s).

All shipping charges are non-refundable. It is recommended to use a shipping method with full tracking information and purchase insurance. We do not guarantee the receipt of any returned items.

Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. In cases where a refund might not be applicable, you will be offered full or partial store credit for future purchases.

Items not applicable for a refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale
  • Products whose profits are donated
  • Specific health and personal care items

PRICING & INFORMATION DISCLAIMER

We aim to provide you with accurate pricing, shipping and other information. All prices are stated in US dollars with a currency conversion provided based on your location through Zonos. Your payment method will be charged in its local currency at checkout.

Please keep in mind, our conversion rates are based on a 90 day fixed exchange rate to avoid risk for all parties involved in a transaction.

All our prices are subject to taxes and duties according to state, provincial, local and international laws. Availability, pricing and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in pricing, descriptions and images of certain products, and RECREO reserves the right to restrict orders of those items and correct any inaccuracies, errors or omissions.
